In-Store & Online

Refunds will be given if merchandise is returned within 14 days of purchase (postmarked within 14 days of purchase date).  Between 14 and 30 days after purchase, in-store credit only will be issued (by digital gift card).  After 30 days of purchase, no refunds, and no in-store credit will be issued.  Color Dot Clearance items are not eligible for return or in-store credit at any time.  

To return an item from our on-line store, the item should be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.  Bathing suits should still have the sanitary liner in place.  The item should be mailed to:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  No shipping costs incurred from the original purchase will be refunded.  Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be issued to the method of payment used at checkout.  If after 14 days of purchase, a digital gift card will be issued to the email address associated with the order.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. 

If items are returned after the return deadline or the items are damaged, washed, worn, etc., we will contact you regarding how to handle the situation.
