Shipping Policy

 

Orders are shipped using the USPS method selected during checkout.  From time to time, another carrier such as UPS or a different shipping product (ground vs. overnight) may be used due to shipping restrictions.  You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped.  Delivery times may vary, but you should allow 2-5 days for most orders, possibly longer the farther you are from Knoxville, TN.  If a package is lost or stolen there is very little we can do, but we will do our best to help out.  It is very important that you enter the correct delivery address at checkout.  If packages are returned to us because of an undeliverable address we may have to charge an additional shipping fee to send it back out.  Currently we only ship to the United States and its territories.
